The ultimate goal is to achieve full integration between gas distribution networks in all their forms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"smart-grids-and-renewable-gases\" class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smart Grids and renewable gases<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating sustainable, smart grids for gas distribution networks means devising solutions to manage flows that come from sources with different characteristics, such as hydrogen and biomethane, and which come from multiple, decentralised production locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scenario ahead of us is extremely complex and requires <strong>systems capable of absorbing local production and maintaining the balance and structure<\/strong> of the entire network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiorentini-iberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Expertise_SmartGasGrids_2ENG-EXPPAG-1024x576-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiorentini-iberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Expertise_SmartGasGrids_2ENG-EXPPAG-1024x576-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.fiorentini-iberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Expertise_SmartGasGrids_2ENG-EXPPAG-1024x576-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fiorentini-iberia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Expertise_SmartGasGrids_2ENG-EXPPAG-1024x576-1-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Smart Grids and renewable gas<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To this end, Pietro Fiorentini has designed and developed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiorentini-iberia.com\/en\/solutions\/systems\/gas-pressure-control-and-metering\/biremi-reverse-flow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BiRemi\u2122<\/a><\/strong>, the bidirectional primary station able to maximise the capacity of the distribution network to receive gas produced from renewable sources through the re-injection of any overproduction on the transport network.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"life-13-green-gas-network\" class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LIFE 13 Green Gas Network<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, Pietro Fiorentini is already able to implement <strong>automations that dynamically manage the entire grid<\/strong>. The most recent example of this is the <strong>LIFE 13 Green Gas Network project <\/strong>created in collaboration with RetiPi\u00f9 and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.terranovasoftware.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Terranova<\/strong><\/a>, a leader in the energy and utilities market and an integral part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiorentini-iberia.com\/en\/pietro-fiorentini-group\/\"><strong>Pietro Fiorentini Group<\/strong><\/a> since 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the aim of fixing the problem of expected leaks that occur in natural gas distribution networks, a<strong> system consisting of a physical device and software infrastructure<\/strong> has been developed. The device detects pressure trends and reacts based on the dynamic modulation profile previously developed by a control centre operator.
